<p style="text-align: justify;">A frac tank is a steel storage tank used to hold water, typically used  for fracing wells in the oil and gas industry.  A  frac  tank may also be  used to store any liquids like run-off water, diesel  fuel, glycol, oils,  or waste products.  In the oilfields, the material is held in a frac tank and connected by a hose  or pipeline to a pump that will flow it down the wellbore at a high  pressure to push open the formation.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Oilfield frac tanks come in many shapes and sizes but some of the more common sizes and names include 21,000-gallon tanks for on-site storage of fluids, 18,100 gallon, 400BBL,  6,900 gallon, 4,900 gallon, 2,400 gallon,  630 gallon and so forth.</p>
